REGULATORY AND PERMITTING

Our project managers are experienced in the preparation, filing, and tracking of the necessary permits (City, County, TxDOT, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Railroad, (FAA) and documentation for applicable situations in distribution projects.

EASEMENT PROCUREMENT

Easement procurement services include deed research, landowner contact and coordination, exhibit preparation, and easement finalization. Our field technicians are certified Notaries, so easements are secured and the process managed to completion.

DISTRIBUTION WORK ORDER INSPECTIONS

Our inspectors conduct work order inspections for Clients to ensure compliance with the utility’s applicable design standards and governing safety standards such as the NESC.
